Absolutely stunning location! But took forever to be served. Others arrived after us and received their orders. All we managed to receive was a menu and nothing more after 30 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend as a POC unfortunately, it’s not the friendliest...

We booked the bistro in advance. They confirmed our reservation for a table at 20:00, but no one warned us that the kitchen closes at 20:00. When we asked why, they didn't answer. They offered us food from the bar menu. We ordered curry wurst and a burger. Horrible. They cook tastier at gas stations. In general, if you go here to eat, keep in mind that the kitchen closes at 20:00.

Резервировали бистро заранее. Нам подтвердили бронь на столик в 20.00, но ни кто не предупредил что кухня закрывается в 20.00. Нв наш вопрос почему, ни чего не ответили. Поесть предложили из меню бара. Заказали кари вюршт и бургер. Ужасно. на заправках готовят вкуснее. В общем если поедите сюда кушать, то имейте в Виду что кухня...

Die Atmosphäre vom Schloss hat immer etwas magisches. Ein Bollwerk der Ruhe, was allen Stress und die Alltagssorgen aussperrt, bereits angefangen beim großzügigem Parkplatzangebot. Die Küche vom 1831 ist genial, aber geht eher in die Fine-Dining Richtung. Das Bistro aber knüpft mit Bravour an alte Hugenpöttchenzeiten an. Eine recht kleine, aufgeräumte Speisekarte, auf der aber jeder was finden sollte. Wirklich gute Portionsgrößen und Essen höchster Qualität. Vielleicht das beste Himmel und Ähd, was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Fantastisches Baguette mit leckeren Sardinen, grandioses César-Dressing und perfekt gebratenes Steak mit leckeren Cassis-Zwiebeln. Absolute Empfehlung! 20 Minuten mit dem Auto...
