McDonald's — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Worst McDonald's experience in a while.. Avoid this branch. I had a filet o fish coupon set, ordered over the counter. I didn't have to wait, they packed my two Filet o fish burgers and a large fries quickly into the bag, I was surprised. Normally, you have to wait a while after McDonald's shifted to cooked-to-order , especially when ordering Filet o fish. Not here. So inside the car, I had to realize the burgers were flat, dry, and the cheese was rubbery and solid, bun tasted like cardboard. Both burgers were just old, anything but freshly made. Fries even worse, even colder and just as dry. Last but not least, Coke was as sparkling as a cup of...

Very bad experience and unfriendly employees. Waiting time after the order was made: 20 minutes, and the restaurant was not crowded. They told me to take a table and they would serve the order: it never happened. In the end, I had to go to the cassier and get it....totally cold fries and warm drink. No salviette. No straws. No apologize. The order was not complete: they even forgot to give me the ice cream, and complained when I went back with the summary of my order, showing the problem. They did not apologize and even started to complain, and raise the voice in front of me and other customers. I will never go back...

Now the establishment has significantly expanded the menu and you can try new flavors. I liked the quick service and the cleanliness of the facility. I was very disappointed with the children's gifts at Happy Meal, they used to be collectable, but now they are some kind of paper junk, after unpacking they are immediately thrown into the trash (.
