If I had the reviews on here, I wouldn’t have ordered from Lieferando!

DO NOT ORDER!

The estimated time when I placed my order was 35 minutes. Shortly after i placed my order, I received notification that my order was on its way. Since then I have waited for my order for over 1 hour! At 11pm, I am still waiting….! I called the restaurant to find out what’s going on. They said it’s on its way but taking long. They were very unapologetic and rude. They did not care at all about the delay and simply said if I want, they would cancel the order and I have to request a refund from Lieferando. Never received such a horrible service in Germany. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am having to go to sleep while...

To be honest i really love their thai selection. However the price really went up a lot. I’ve never been to this place but I’ve ordered from Liefrrando for the longest time. The thai curry was always on point until today. I think they need a little encouragement. Too many people giving them 1 star without any reasoning or purely blame it on delivery.

They definitely has some issue on delivery and need to improvise for example giving a bag and cutlery by default unless otherwise requested not to.

If you want a simple meal with free delivery, try order the thai hot food. Pizza might not be a good option as it will get cold, go eat at...

I'm vegetarian and I ordered from home. The food come out wrong.
