Pizzeria Luzzi — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Cosy, friendly and relaxed on a Sunday night. We were not very hungry having eaten a late dinner at 4:00 pm, and still ended up having a full dinner and dessert also.

All are choices turned out great, and the seafood pizza and the seafood pasta ranked high with the guests of our party of four. The other choice was a four season pizza also excellent. For the very reasonable prices we expected smaller sizes and portions so were pleasantly surprised. I opted for the vegetarian pizza and was very pleased with my selection.

Our large salad was more than enough for our table of four. The lovely Selma was attentive and we enjoyed an easy hospitality on a cold and rainy night.

Pizzeria Luzzi is one of our favorite places for a delicious affordable Italian dinner.

The restaurant is very nice to sit in. Their new location is bright and modern with a high ceiling, that gives it an airy feeling.

The service staff is friendly albeit not always very attentive.

The food is always excellent in taste and impeccable in presentation. The Pizzas come straight out of a wood-fired oven, which makes for a delicious crust.

Ich schreibe zwar so gut wie nie Rezensionen auf Google, aber hier mache ich mal eine Ausnahme. Das wird jetzt ein etwas langer Text aber für eine Pizzeria bei der meine Familie seit Kindheitstagen bestellt ist es mehr als angebracht. Diese Pizza gehört zu den Erinnerungen an Sommerferien in der Kindheit genauso dazu wie Fahrrad fahren oder Wasserrutschen. Man könnte sagen, jede Zelle meines Körpers enthält zu 50% Atome aus einer Luzzi Pizza. Vor allem Leute, denen das Brot der Pizza mehr bedeutet als der Käse ,werden den Teig hier lieben. Auf extra Wünsche wie weniger Käse wird immer eingegangen, sodass man nicht von Unmengen an Fett erschlagen wird wie es bei gefühlt jeder anderen Pizza in Deutschland der Fall ist. Ich muss aber zugeben dass ich fast nur Margherita oder manchmal Funghi bestelle, also wie die anderen Pizzen oder Nudelgerichte so sind kann ich nicht sagen aber habe allen Grund anzunehmen dass die wohl auch sehr gut sind😄 Leider ist die Pizza manchmal etwas angebrannt aber es hält sich auch dann noch normalerweise im Rahmen. Auch die Lieferzeiten sind akzeptabel und wenn es mal länger dauert wird einem Bescheid gegeben (zumindest wenn man am Telefon bestellt). Die Fahrer und der Besitzer sind dazu wirklich sehr nette Leute. Alles in allem,...
