The staff is really friendly and they are all working there for some time, which means they are happy with the conditions they have there. Their food is simply amazing. You will find it nigh impossible to find an Indian restaurant in the Frankfurt area with better food, and even if you do, it will only be at really fancy, terribly overpriced places, whereas at Tandoori in Rödelheim you can have a delicious Tikka Masala or Chicken Korma for no more than 10 euros, rice included. So many restaurants just can't get it right, but Tandoori Spezial served one of the fluffiest, ligtest Naan's I've ever had. Tikka Masala and Korma were sublime, with a perfect blend of spices which did not overwhelm, but lingered and tantalised instead. Yes, the waiting staff is young, but also very friendly and caring.
