This Review doesnt take the ambience into account.
We waited a good 30-45 mins till our orders were served. we ordered Chicken biryani and truth be told it felt more like rice and fried chicken. We barely felt an aroma or taste. My friend wanted Still water and the staff said they were out of it. thought of ordering smth else from the Menu and most of the dishes , like a plain Dosa, weren't available. The Glasses weren't properly clean as you could still see handprints on it. I found the place Tidy but clean isn't an adjective I'd use to describe the place. The men's washroom was out of order and the women's washroom was unclean. something for the administration to seriously look into. The service was below average as there was 1 man waiting on 15+ guests. The kitchen too had 1 SINGLE COOK, hence the delay in orders. I've written a very honest yet kind review. Overall I wouldn't pain myself with a 2 hour journey again. Perhaps the management should focus more on quality of service than advertisement. If the current situation persists it's unlikely that any guest...

Read moreWorst experience at this Kerala restaurant! Went today with 9 friends, and the service was absolutely terrible. It took 2 hours to get our food, and the way they served it was a complete mess.
First, they brought the gravy, and after 30 minutes, they finally brought the parotta—by then, the gravy was already cold! Then, after another long wait, they brought the appam and more parotta, completely ruining the flow of the meal. The mutton had a horrible smell, and the poricha fish was a disaster—definitely not something anyone should try. The duck gravy had skin and waste parts, making it really unappetizing. The only decent thing was the beef, but that alone isn’t worth the visit.
If you’re planning a meal with friends, avoid this place—poor service, long wait times, and bad food make it a total...
