Unfortunately I’m not happy about coffee beans from Ethiopia I bought. Beans are totally underdeveloped and when I let the roasters know by social media they just wrote they will check. And nothing more. They didn’t answer after “check it” :) coffee in taste is flat, in smell is corn 🌽. The rate on google maps is unreal. I’m not happy.

Sind über Google Maps aufmerksam geworden und weder verwandt, verschwägert oder befreundet/bekannt. Gerade wenn noch wenig Bewertungen vorhanden sind ist das glaube ich wichtig zu erwähnen :) Wir haben hier schon zwei mal wirklich guten Kaffee erstanden und werden sicher auch in Zukunft neue Sorten ausprobieren. Zudem werden hier immer mal wieder Sonderveranstaltungen angeboten von denen wir auch schon bei zwei teilgenommen haben. Tolles Konzept und wirklich sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

Netter und sympathischer Kerl, der mich hinsichtlich meiner Bedürfnisse optimal beraten hat. Und jetzt das wichtigste, der Kaffee schmeckt ebenfalls top. Und das zu einem fairen Preis.

... der mit großem Abstand beste & vor allem echte "specialty coffee" in Köln & Umgebung. Inklusive einem Röster, der mit sehr viel Leidenschaft, Freude und Liebe zum (Geschmacks-)detail nie aufhört nach neuen Bohnen, ausgefallenen Rohkaffeesorten & stimmigen "flavours" die Welt des Kaffees zu durchsuchen. Am liebsten würde er auch noch den Kaffee selbst anbauen, um "seinen Kaffee" vom Anfang auf der Plantage bis zum finalen Ergebnis in der Tasse herzustellen. Sebastian mach´so weiter ! Das wird auf jeden Fall - lecker! Danke für den "besten...
