KFC — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

The worst Kfc I have ever been to! The burgers are so dry and could not be eaten. The positive reviews must be definitely from the people working here because no customer would be here writing anything positive! And the people that work here - sometimes I thought they had a bad day but being a regular customer here, it seems they all work like zombies and they are so slow. The service is so poor, its always a long queue to get food! They never ever have shakes! Why do you have shakes on your list then? We pay for it and then they say they don't have it! We ask something else for that same price and the look on their face to even work or do anything! It's even hard for him to walk I guess, the old man standing there! I don't think if this review is gonna change something here seeing all the other reviews, but the owner must maybe know that it's not gonna survive a long time here if that's how they are gonna work! It's not even worth 1 star!...

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff is untrained and they have no idea how anything works. The machine is broken and it doesn't give you a ticket, but you still wait there. After 15 minutes you ask what's up and they say ''we got no order in the system''. Then we tell them that we payed and they somehow find the order and say they'll get on it. 10 minutes later they still don't give use the food because the ''I'm new here'' guy has a couple screws loose. Turns out our food had been waiting there for 25 minutes and now they're packing the food that has been chilling there for almost half an hour.

The kitchen does not look clean at all. The tables are dirty, the trash is dirty, the kitchen is dirty.

The staff is what I think asylum seekers who are untrained. It's not their fault, but the managers. They seem to be cutting corners where ever they can and I have a strong feeling they cut corners with the...

We ordered at 8.30 pm. The delivery person received the order 1 hour later. Went from the store to Haslach, then to Stuhlinger, back to Bruhl and then the status of the delivery changed to "Delivered". We initially contacted the store 10.04 pm to make sure everything is ok and the person who picked up the phone asked us to wait. 30 minutes later the order was still not to be seen. Then we turned to Lieferando for assistance and they could not reach the store at 10.30 pm and prompted us to try on our own.
