Last week was my first time at Magellan and I could say that totally worth the visit, I was really surprise about the environment that magically transport you into another culture because outside seemed to be a normal restaurant but inside is a jewel. Fuimos a cenar al Restaurant Magellan en Freiburg im Breisgau y la experiencia fue bastante positiva. El local es acogedor, con una decoración moderna pero cálida, y se nota que cuidan los detalles. El ambiente era tranquilo, ideal para conversar y disfrutar la comida con calma. La atención fue amable y profesional desde el primer momento, algo que siempre se agradece.

La carta es variada, con opciones interesantes que mezclan sabores clásicos y algunos más internacionales. Pedimos varios platos para compartir y probar un poco de todo. El Fusilli Nudeln estaba bien servido, con buena textura y una salsa sabrosa. El Grillteller fue uno de los platos más destacados: generoso, bien cocinado y con carnes de buena calidad. También pedimos Samosas, que sorprendieron gratamente, con un relleno especiado y crujiente por fuera.

Para beber, probamos tanto agua con gas (Schwarzwaldsprudel Still) como cerveza local (Fürstenberg Pils), ambas bien frías y servidas en su punto. Como detalle, la relación calidad-precio está bastante bien: por unos 59,60 € en total, cenamos dos personas de forma completa, incluyendo bebidas.

Como sugerencia menor, algunos platos podrían beneficiarse de un toque más creativo en la presentación, pero eso no afectó en nada la buena impresión general.

En resumen, Restaurant Magellan es un sitio muy recomendable si estás en Friburgo y buscas una cena rica, bien atendida y con precios razonables. Seguramente volveremos en otra visita...
