This beautiful guesthouse has the most fabulous terrace and views overlooking the castle in Gossweinstein. Superb place to relax and unwind, just 5 minutes from village centre.||This area is so picturesque!!||Stayed here 5 days. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Bottle of water supplied, wine glasses, good hairdryer, soap and shampoo.||Fridge in corridor with an open system, where you could get water, soft drinks, beers and wine.||Room was cleaned regularly and such friendly staff. Toilet roll stocked up every day.||The big plus to the place are the owners! So kind, so warm, bubbly and great hosts! ||We were treated to the best home made food in the area! Why look anywhere else?||Tried most of the menu over the 5 days and all the dishes were superb! Plus hugesized portions!||Loved especially the crispy pork shoulder, the pork pepper cream dish, and the braised ox-cheek. There are two parts in this place: one is the BnB and the other the restaurant. First the BnB: to get to the room, you'll need to walk some tight stairs, so accessibility is not the focus here. Also the climb from the lower parking place can be much for problematic legs. The rooms (as most of the interior) have been apparently renovated quite recently and they are nice and roomy. The only minus for the room is that there was a very prominent aroma from the kitchen below. The breakfast is plenty for a BnB. All in all quite nice. But one would expect so for the price...||||Then the restaurant. Note the opening hours (e.g., closing quite early for guaranteeing peace for the house guests) and a reservation is recommended.
