Leider keine gute Erfahrung mit dem Abholservice

Unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen mit diesem Restaurant waren immer positiv – umso enttäuschender war dieser Vorfall.

Am Telefon wurde uns ein falscher Preis genannt, und zusätzlich wurde unsere Bestellung nicht korrekt ausgeführt. Als wir die Bestellung vor Ort abholten und das Missverständnis ansprachen, wurde uns unterstellt, wir hätten den Preis am Telefon falsch verstanden. Auf unsere Rückmeldung wurde kaum eingegangen – das Personal wirkte eher abweisend und zeigte kein Verständnis oder Schuldbewusstsein.

Besonders kritisch: Wir hatten eine vegetarische Pizza bestellt, diese war jedoch mit Schinken belegt – ein echtes Problem für Vegetarier. Leider bemerkten wir das erst zu Hause.

Nach unserem Rückruf im Restaurant wurde uns zwar eine Ersatzpizza angeboten, die wir direkt abholen konnten. Beim zweiten Kontakt vor Ort wurde die Situation jedoch erneut heruntergespielt – anstatt Einsicht zu zeigen, bekamen wir lediglich ein „Das kann ja mal passieren“ zu hören. Auch hier fehlte es an echter Entschuldigung oder Verständnis für unser Anliegen.

Zum Essen selbst: Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung – etwa 5 von 10 Punkten – aber kein Erlebnis, das wir wiederholen möchten.

Fazit: Auch wenn wir bisher zufrieden waren, hat uns diese Erfahrung leider sehr enttäuscht. Aufgrund des unprofessionellen Umgangs mit der Situation können wir das Restaurant momentan nicht...

Ein Stück Bella Italia in Reichenbach, was für ein Gewinn für diese Gemeinde. Wir sind total begeistert. Für unseren ersten Besuch haben wir uns eine Pizza Frutti di Mare und einen Salat mit Putenstreifen bestellt. Die Pizza sah nicht nur herrlich, schmackhaft aus sondern sie schmeckt auch so, ebenfalls haben wir den Salat genossen. Die Streifen waren herrlich gebraten und der Salat frisch und knusprig. Die Meeresfrüchte auf der Pizza waren wirklich sehr gut und wir lieben euren Pizzateig. Wir haben das Essen zum Abholen bestellt, als wir das Restaurant betreten haben und gleich die Napoli-Fahne gesehen haben ging uns schon das Herz auf. Einfach schön eingerichtet, leicht rustikal und gemütlich. Die Dame am Telefon war wirklich sehr nett und der Herr am Pizzaofen ebenfalls.
