Zur Fähre — Restaurant in Greifswald

This turned out to be one of those unexpected surprises. I stay in Greifswald regularly for business. Unfortunately on this trip my usual hotels were all full and the company booked me in the Zur Fahre and initially I wasn’t exactly happy.||BUT I quickly realised how nice this place really is,||The staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms are a little unusual in that the hotel in general has a traditional German feel, but its mixed with nice modern spacious and airy rooms. Which are clean and super comfortable. ||As I’m familiar with the area I avoided eating in the Resturant until my last night when quite tired I couldn’t be bothered to go somewhere else.||I have to say it turned out the food was absolutely outstanding I had an excellent meal washed down with excellent draft beer. ||Every single thing about the stay here was positive, the food, the friendly staff and the nice rooms. The only negative comment would be the internet is pretty poor in terms of business use but I guess most people who stay here are getting away from connectivity and the internet rather than using it so for the few days I stayed it wasn’t a major issue.||In summary, nice rooms, nice staff, great food and very good value for money.||Certainly I’ll be...

War jetzt das dritte Mal da und noch nie hatte ich Grund zur Klage, heute muß ich mal rezensieren, ich muß nicht, ich möchte!

Für alle die jetzt die Lesezeit vorab wissen müssen, wie schnell könnt ihr denn lesen?😎

Spontan also heute wieder ran, denn es ist ja immer wieder wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub und man hat durch diese Lage mit der Brücke, dem ganzen Trubel, den Booten, den Schiffen und Schiffchen ein wunderbares Ambiente und ist sofort drin. Genauso geht es weiter, man kommt also angelatscht, in Coronazeiten, ohne Vorbestellung, und hofft das es schon irgendwie gut gehen wird. Ging es... Die Kellnerin, oder wie man heute meint die Restaurantfachfrau, war dermaßen nett und zuvorkommend zu uns, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und gefreut die richtige Entscheidung getroffen zu haben. Denn, Freundlichkeit war ehemals und auch heute nie Standard, wobei man zugeben muss das man fast immer freundlich behandelt wird wenn man sich selbst in dieser Disziplin versucht. Das Essen war ruckzuck da und ich kann euch nur empfehlen Rumpsteak aus Uruguay, gibts in zwei Varianten...ich mit Süßkartoffelpommes(lecker) in Kombination mit Sour Cream und Bohnen, die zumindest der Karte nach sogar adlig sein möchten 😊, meine Begleitung in der zugegebenermaßen üppigen Salatvariante zu der ich mich nicht weiter auslassen will, weil ich bin ja keine Kuh, äh, Ziege, äh, Grasfres... Jedenfalls war das Essen sowohl für mich als auch für die Kuh, äh, Ziege, äh, Begleitung von hervorragender Qualität. Ein Lob an den Koch, Köchin, Köchinder!!! Ich schweife ab... Hinzufügen möchte ich noch das es in der Fähre auch gewaltige Eisbecher gibt und die, ich bekenne mich, darf man hier sogar schon vor dem Hauptgang genießen😋 Preise? Sowas kann man immer schlecht einschätzen, ich fand es jetzt nicht zu teuer weil ja auch alles gestimmt hat oder ich überzuckert war, nein Quatsch, und ganz nebenbei, die halten ja nicht hinter dem Berg, Lesen bildet...hab ich gehört😊 Sehr geehrtes google-t, was hat euch hier gestört, die Länge, die Ehrlichkeit oder einfach nur weil...
