Ristorante Pizzeria Bertoldsbrunnen — Restaurant in GVV St. Peter

Most restaurants are closed on Tuesday and we were happy to find this pizzeria. The restaurant is large and was quite busy. The service was fast and efficient. We ordered a normal margarita pizza, gnocci and salads as starters. The salads were composed of fresh ingredients and tasted well, despite that the cook had put far too much sauce on the salads. As the sauce was nice and not too thick this excess sauce did not effect...

That stuff was not welcoming whatsoever, felt unwanted the moment we ordered our food. They did not give us the option to sit in the restaurant and eat the food. Nachdem wir in St. Peter ankamen hatten wir Hunger und kehrten ein. Obwohl es kurz vor der Mittagspause war, bekamen wir noch etwas zu essen. Die freundliche Dame hatte wohl Mitleid mit den "Ausgehungerten".

Die Pizza und der Salat waren lecker.

An einem anderen Abend hatte wir Gelüste nach Süßem, so genossen wir Tiramisu und einen "Blonden Engel". Auch der Cappuccino war sehr lecker.

In der gemütlichen Atmosphäre fühlten wir uns wohl, wie auch die Gäste, die sich vergnügt und lachend unterhielten. Wir sahen einen Angestellten unseres Übernachtungshotels, der von den Inhabern an deren Tisch eingeladen worden war. Die Unterhaltung war freundlich und nett, was man an deren Mimik ablesen konnte.

Der junge Mann, der uns diesmal bediente war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und nett.

Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in St. Peter werden wir sicherlich wieder dort...
