Restaurant Kegelstube — Restaurant in GVV Staufen-Münstertal

Dont go! Trust me: avoid. Been twice and each time a catastrophe. Tonight we waited 40 mins for a beer (!) then over an hour for a starter. The main course came 30 mins after the starter. The order was lost at the bar - despite being taken on an ipad-type thing?? The previous time we went there, 2 months prior, there was also a mix up and the food never came. Clearly the management has no clue about how to run a restaurant. The waiting staff are different everytime, obviously they too give up on quick rotation. And the food? Well when it does arrive, it is ok but by no means anything better than average... 5 stars this venue is...

My number one choice in Staufen to go out for pizza. From the call to make a reservation throughout dinner, staff is exceptional friendly, attentive and make your stay a good time. Very modern yet cosy interior and if you like, you can also reserve a Kegelbahn. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, Preis/Leistung miserabel! Wir haben gestern telefonisch 4 Pizzen bestellt zum abholen. 15 Minuten später waren die fertig, sehr schnell also. Die Person am Telefon, welche die Bestellung entgegennahm wirkte gestresst und unfreundlich, meine Frau musste alles mehrfach widerholen, weil nicht richtig zugehört wurde. Bestellt wurden 1x pizza hawaii mit extra Peperoni und Mais, 2x Pizza Tre Formaggi (1x mit extra Zwiebeln), 1x Pizzabrot mit knoblauchöl. Auf der Pizza Hawaii wurde einfach mal komplett die Ananas vergessen, aber für 4 kleine extra Peperoni 4€ (absoluter Wucher) und für paar Maiskrümel 1,70€ Aufpreis verlangt. Was den Preis der Pizza Hawaii OHNE Ananas auf stolze 19,10€ brachte. Die Tre Formaggi mit extra Zwiebel (+1,20€) enthielt noch nocht einmal eine komplette Zwiebelscheibe!!! Die Bilder hänge ich an- das ist schon nicht mehr unverschämt, sondern demütigend! Das Pizzabrot "mit Knoblauchöl" war staubtrocken und glich einem trockenem Pizzateig mit Oregano. Von Knoblauch und Öl keine spur. Das ganze dann für saftige 57,40€! Dass die Hälfte fehlte stellten wir leider erst zu Hause fest, sonst hätten wir die Pizzen so erst gar nicht...
