One of the worst places I have ever been the service is terrible it took them more than 35 minutes to serve us coffee and some basic ingredients as sausage cheese with croissants a waste of time. don’t go there if you’re speaking English only They won’t know how to react to you. And it’s not a real coffee, it’s a Machine like in hospitals.
To reaction to the owner - how can someone be relaxed when he waits for a menu for 15 min, and additional 20 min for a cap of coffee? While there are 2 additional people in the shop? And when we received the coffee we understood it's cappuccino from a Machine which you push a button to make? Arrived to your shop at 9:35 and got coffee in 10:05. Also, the first day we used the Google translate text option to read the menu. I highly suggest the gogole translate text option. The Alstercafe was great to us and a great price. Give them a try, you won't be...

Edit: I do appreciate the owner’s reply, it shows they care about their customers. I admit the guest was impatient, but a 20 minutes wait for a coffee(cappuccino) is...
