AOMAME — Restaurant in Hamburg

First time commenting a restaurant with one star, cuz this is a really uncomfortable experience for us. We ordered food from Liferando, waited for 90 Minutes. We called the restaurant, the person on the phone answered very impolitely, hanging us up rudely 3 times ! Since the restaurant only has one guy to deliver the food, we had to wait 1.5 hours until our ice cold food arrives. Pad Thai already sticked together became a brick, ‘crispy chicken’ is already soggy and doesn’t taste fresh at all. If i could i would give zero star for this experience. I do understand Friday night can be busy and stressful for restaurants, but everybody deserves a better choice than...

I really like Aomame Ramen restaurant. It has a chilled out atmosphere with good and discreet music in the background. Staff ist friendly and accomodating. I have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, that is great. I love the wakame and the kimchi salad. The gyozas are also good. The veggie ramen soup is subtle and heart warming. The only thing I may note is the bowl size - I' ve seen bigger portions of ramen soup. Prices are decent though. I' m looking foward to...
