McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamburg

I wish google had negative star opinions as well. 35 min wait for order that was paid before and had a pick up number. What a shame something has no meaning in this location.

First just watch your bill always on this location they always charging extra over and over just check it at the cash before yiu leave it will save you few euro each time yiu visit

Not a big fan however I enjoy occasionally visiting specially to compare quality, service and design in different countries and it is very interesting to see how different they are from region to region.

I have 2 questions for McDonald's:

1- is it really necessary to have 2 really LONG receipt with each order?! Specially that nowadays is all power companies at least they have environmentally friendliness in their motto?

2- what is the purpose of going digital and app development advance order and pay system if customer has to stay in the line up behind everyone else or in drive through same as other that have not ordered in advanced?! Did these guys whom I am sure get paid top $$ have ever crossed their mind the reasons behind all these digital developmemts are to speed up the visit and pick up process not to have an extra app to track you down where to go and other reasons behind it? Even mom and pop shops using advance orders know very well to prepare order and have it ready within pick.up window.

Update on Aug 3, 2022 just when you think things can't get any worst and you visit again and further disappointment.

After a flight that was 2 hours delayed we haven't had time to eat so this was the only mcd that was opened at this time of night. The girl that handled the food spended more time flirting with 4 boys just arriving before us than making orders ready. When we finally got our food and sat down to eat it we were told that we was not allowed to sit and eat. But the 4 boys and another couple of young people was sitting in The restaurant and eading.
