Disappointing Experience at orkinus

I recently visited orkinus, a fish restaurant that came highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately, my dining experience left much to be desired due to several issues with the service. The rude behavior of the waitstaff and the lack of customer satisfaction were major letdowns.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening. That the main thing in a restaurant is the food and they know how to cook. In Germany, in general, the choice of not expensive places is not very large, but this is an excellent and inexpensive fish restaurant. I just called them and requested that they make food in advance because I have an appointment in the afternoon. I told them I would stop by and eat it at their restaurant. When I arrived they had packed it to go. I explained that I had requested to eat it there . I asked politely if he could put it in a plate and the owner said that’s too much work for him and he won’t. He then started telling me I’m a typical Afghan and started yelling at me profanities.
