Billstedt Center — Local services in Hamburg

Has good stores for family and children, but not very good stores for adults.The food stores are a bit disappointing although there is a very good eis cafe.The center has been improved recent with a food fave lift and bettet activities for children and some really nice Christmas lights and decorations.There now seem to be some really good activities in the center for children and they sometimes have musicians playing inside as well which creates a food mood. The center still need better lower and upper floors toilet facilities and perhaps one really good book shop. Overall the surrounding area of the Billstedt centre is still grey and depressing with no facilities for children but this is the fault of the local Mitte authority. This place is just getting more and more discussing, dirty and looks more like bus station than a real shopping centre. There is no control on the costumers and you are a lucky person if you can find place to rest 2 min why there are persons who are using this place for "nothing " then spending time and sitting there 🤦🤦🤦🤦 Even on a regular day like Monday here is full with people who are just chilling around, spending time in the stores but no buying and making mess around.
