Havana Restaurant - Darmstadt — Restaurant in Hesse

I visited this restaurant twice. The first time when I was here, I found a bean-sized spider in my salat and notified the staff of this "incident". They took my plate in the kitchen, did something and returned with the same plate but no spider and just more salat...! I still came here for the second time since my friend said everything deserved a second chance. So we visited Havana for the second time. This time, I got lucky - no spider in my salat. The restaurant was kinda packed. And as the tables were so close arranged, and 4 people sat at the table next to mine, I couldn't get out of my chair. I was literally tied to the chair and the table like a sandwich. When we walked out to the door, we said "Tschüß!" to the staff and the barkeeper as well. Food is delicious and service is great too!

With no understanding with German language it is a bit challenging although just know few words for me vegatarish in German which means vegetarian was good to go

The atmosphere is awesome, it’s a great place to have a drink. While if you are for food, be prepared to wait for 40mins(on Friday night though not crowded) … the taste is ok but not impressive.
