Service was really bad due to the reasons I will describe below : 1st we got a menu to order and by the time we started ordering the waiter realized that this menu does not exist any more . We asked for the correct menu and he was waiting above our heads demanding to order in 30 seconds . We asked for some more time due to the false menu we were initially handed and he seemed to get angry ! 2nd as soon as we got the first plate , NO chopsticks, no plates , no nothing was given to us , and we asked 3 times in order to get the basics ! 3rd by the time we asked to pay we realized that they do not accept ANY kind of credit card !!!! The waiter starred at us angry and we had no cash and tried to find a solution ! He was starring like he was about to shout ! I went to the car in order to find something in cash ! Finally he proposed to pay via PayPal in his personal account , although I walked for 15 minutes in order to find an ATM ! To sum up … the behavior of the waiter was awful!!! He spoke no English and although I tried in German and in English he denied to cooperate ! This is 2024 HELLOOOO…. All the people around the world use credit cards … VISA , MASTERCARD and so on … Never will visit again ! The food was Normal All the behavior was more than BAD , referring to the Asian waiter ! We had a reservation which was very clear when we walked in that they never actually cared about. Took 45 minutes to finally get a seat. Once we did everything was very rushed. We had zero time to actually sit there and enjoy the food over a friendly conversation. It has been a long time since I’ve been here and the quality and portions have clearly gone done. The menu said 8 pieces for the roll we got and when we received it they both had 6. When it came time to pay after being rushed the whole night they refused to accept my Visa card for some reason when I’ve used the exact same card at this place multiple times with no issues in the past. We were barely out of the door when one of the “workers” chased us outside yelling for us to stop and accusing us of stealing their wallet. It will be a very long time before I decide, if ever, to go back to this place. If you love paying to have a bad experience then this place is...

My family has spent hundreds of euros here. We are even friendly and chummy with many of the staff. However, whoever you made the mistake of putting at the front door Friday night December 1st..... we won't be back ever again lol. This guy was so rude to us from the start. Rolling his eyes, popping his neck and smacking his lips, sassing and being really really bizarre. I let it all slide until he did it to my wife and our guest too...... then we all went in on him "F you, F your attitude, Who the F do you think you are, etc." Then the other staff started looking confused and concerned because obviously something isn't right....... standing around exchanging words with this pompous worm during people's dinner, not our style at all, very embarrassing.

We have smiled, tipped well, enjoyed and said thank you for the last time. 10 years ago I would've brought him outside lol
