Indian Mantra — Restaurant in Ingolstadt

I visited this restaurant 4 times overall.

Last time, I had some amount of two curries, one naan and rice was not finished in my Dine-in.So I asked them to pack for taking out. They mixed both the curries together and didn’t pack the naan gave it to me, which I realised after opening the pack at home. I didn’t consider that as a big deal even though it wasn’t a right thing to do.

This time, they gave me not fully cooked food. Few of them were cooked and others weren’t in the same plate. So I called them and informed that few of them weren’t cooked. They took it back and charged me in the bill for that food too. I asked them for a refund of money for which they don’t deserve, I was asked to come other time and take it for free. The reply from the service person was like : you had the food and also want a money? The one star is because of your service ( the one who takes order) and not realising that your food quality was pathetic and asking your customer to adjust for it.

Please do visit other restaurants to understand how to treat the customers instead of asking your customers to do.

I usually order from Indian Mantra (mostly through Lieferando), and I’ve also visited a couple of times. The food is consistently delicious, and the flavors never disappoint.

My absolute favorite dishes here are the Paneer Kolhapuri and Gobi Manchurian — they’re cooked perfectly in a truly desi style that instantly reminds me of authentic Indian restaurants back home. Honestly, this is one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve tried in Ingolstadt.

Today, I accidentally placed a pickup order instead of delivery. To my surprise, the owner himself kindly brought the food over to me late at night. He really didn’t have to, but that gesture meant a lot — such amazing service!

I’d highly recommend Indian Mantra to anyone craving real Indian food. The taste is top-notch, the service is warm, and the overall experience has always...

After seeing the good reviews I have ordered some food from this restaurant via lieferando . And now I regret for the mistake which I have committed

First of all Instead of 40 mins I waited for almost 1.5 hours for the food . The packaging was good and well labelled. But when I opened the packet labelled Tandoori chicken instead of Chicken I found some rice , some gravy, slices of potatoes, carrots etc . My question to the restaurant is Where is the chicken🍗 ? And Why you have given me this rice and vegetables ?

Butter chicken was really tasty . But the Nizami Dum Biriyani was not up to the mark . Luckily after digging the rice from one end to the other I discovered few pieces of meat.

I tried to call your restaurant but no one picked up. So I am posting this...
