I gave this KFC a two not because of the food but because of the customer service. I didn't get a cover for my cup so I went to the counter to take one. This old rude German lady I should have taken her name to put in this review was there talking in German, seemingly very upset that I took up a cup cover from the counter. The cashier who was very pleasant had to translate what she was saying to me. There was no sign that said you must ask for a cup cover. Therefore I can't see the reason for asking when it was on the counter on the customer side. It was very obvious that I didn't understand a word she was saying but she kept on talking in her native language in a rude tone. Living in Germany I come to the realization that the German females especially the older ones are extremely rude and abnoxious. This was not my first experience with these elder German females at a fast food establishment. I really don't know why at their age they are still working especially in a fast food establishment. If you are working in a fast food establishment once you come in contact with customers you should be able to communicate in English as English is the universal language. Her behaviour was very disgusting and distasteful. Persons like those should work in the back where they do not come in contact with people as they are very rude and have no communication nor...
Read moreFirst of all, I loved the cleanliness. Every employee was wearing fitting protection, including beard masks. The place was being constantly cleaned and the job they did was thorough.
Every order is checked by the employee together with you to make sure you got everything you ordered.
The Filipina lady working there is an absolute delight and I wish I'd gotten her name but there was a rush. She was making sure that everything was running smoothly and being very encouraging to her colleagues.
The atmosphere was very friendly and all the workers were very nice as well. Not only did we get greeted with a smile, but the workers seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't to be expected when you go to a fast food chain restaurant.
The food selection is awesome. And we're still surprised at how AMAZING those veggie strips are. They are absolutely the best meat alternative I've ever had and my whole family agrees. The mashed potatoes with gravy and the coleslaw were absolutely delicious and the fries are really flavorful. Everything we've tasted has been a hit, no duds whatsoever.
We would gladly come back!
P.S. I don't care that the corn on the cob may be a bit pricey,...
