We arrived 50 minutes before the closing time and they said the kitchen could offer us just pizza and salads. After we thought to go away they offered us a sit allowing us to order whatever we wanted. The sitting area outside is very nice, well kept and clean. We received the drinks very fast, with a focaccia that was warm because reheated, slightly old, but ok. The food got served and it was confusing. We ordered one pizza Margherita, one big salad and a Schnitzel with salad and fries. One side salad for the schnitzel arrived some minutes after, the rest of the food took other 15 minutes.

For what concerns the quality of the food, the salads are not so bad, with a simple vinegar/salt/oil condiment. The schnitzel was very well cooked but the mushrooms weren't fresh like they said when I asked. The pizza was not really a pizza. Thin like a Flammkuchen, very little tomato and full of cheese that wasn't simply mozzarella, but a mix of melting cheese.

Ich bin nicht der Mensch, der sich im Internet beschwert. Jedoch nachdem ich gestern in der Villa Italiano so gar keine Reaktion auf unsere Kritik erhalten habe, möchte ich nicht hinter dem Berg halten und deutliche Worte äußern. Wir hatten reserviert für 5 Personen und wurde nach etlichen Wirrwarr an einen 4 Personen Tisch platziert. Ich möchte in diesem Lokal definitiv keine Pflanze sein, da diese nie mit Wasser versorgt werden. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten( 4 Pizzen und 1 Gnocchi ) hieß es warten. Das ist kein Problem, es war voll und die sieben Herrschaften vom Personal wurden mit den Gästen nicht fertig. Unser Sohn bekam nach 50 Minuten seine Nudeln. Das restliche Essen wurde nach weitern 20 Minuten geliefert. Nachdem wir aber daraufhin gewiesen hatten, dass es nicht sein kann , dass wir nicht gemeinsam essen können. Es kamen dann die Pizzen. Leider war der Teig in der Mitte nicht durchgebacken, sodass wir nur mit Mühe die essen konnten Die Gabeln waren so dünn, dass Uri Geller seinen Spaß beim verbiegen gehabt hätte. Als wir fertig waren und unsere Kritik geäußert haben bekamen wir nur zu hören, es wäre halt viel los. Ein Dessert zur Besänftigung schlugen wir aus, da wir uns einfach über diesen dilettantischen Laden geärgert hatten und wir keine Lust auf Dessert hatten. Es wurde kein Rabatt oder ein Getränk angeboten oder auch nur eine Entschuldigung vom Chef, der mit aller Seelenruhe hinter der Theke blieb. Wir haben an den anderen Tischen , genau das Gleiche beobachten können. Das Essen kam nie an, wenn mehrere Bestellungen auf einmal kamen. Wenn man mit 2 gelernten Kräften arbeitet und der Rest sind Aushilfen, die von Gastronomie keine Ahnung haben, darf man sich nicht wundern. 80.70 € weniger in der Tasche und die Erkenntnis…. Nie wieder! Wir hätten sie gerne zurück gehen lassen, hatten aber den Tag über nix gegessen. Daher haben wir sogar eine nicht durchgebackene Pizza gegessen. Das passiert mir...
