Rude, selective, unattaintive waitress. We are family of 4. Waited for greetings or menu for more than 10 mins. No eye contact just telling from afar that section that we seated was closed. So we moved to the "supposed" seated. She still ignored us no eye contact no smiles. She went to the other customer who came later and gave the menu. We were invited as part of a team lunch. We were sat in the tented area but with heaters on it was plenty warm enough, despite being December. The atmosphere was good, and we were able to chat. The food was good. My husband had the sausage with fried potatoes and coleslaw, and the sausage was good. I had a beef with pasta, which was well cooked with depth of flavour. Two of our party were vegetarian, one had the jackfruit curry while the other had cheesy pasta, both reported it was good, but very filling. Food is great, good quality and abundance. No matter the dish you choose.
The issue was that we were arriving around 9PM every day because of the work. If you ask in the hotel, the restaurant closes at 11PM, but if you ask the restaurant, closing time is 10PM. Therefore, every dinner was a fight with the staff because of that.
The thing is that according to the website closing time is 11PM, but apparently closing at 10PM is something happening since COVID-19.
