Great place we happen to stumble upon on a Sunday evening after a long drive and a couple of ferry rides down from Scandinavia. It was an out of the place place as the previous three places were closed and we just wanted some schnitzel. Only issue was they take cash, no card, so we had to find an atm which happened to be about 200 meters away. They stayed open and served up some delicious schnitzel and bier. A great cozy, local place. Will be back when in the Kiel area again.

This place is beloved by local people, so our choice was 10/10. We like home made food, so this was that what we expected. Schnitzel&extra plate of salads, beef soup and American salads perfect for as choosey ones. Had not much time for fancy photos, but food is not about a photos at all! 👍 Thanks for warm and cozy welcome. Good luck 🥇

Super leckeres und reichhaltiges Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen 😋 Beim ersten Versuch an einem Sonntag Abend haben wir keinen Platz mehr bekommen, an einem Samstag mit Reservierung hat es dann geklappt. Kein Wunder bei dem guten Essen! Auch wenn das Lokal von außen unauffällig ist: Ein richtig leckeres, saftiges hausgemachtes Schnitzel mit knusprigen Panade, die Kroketten so geschickt angeordnet, dass die Panade nicht in der Sauce landet. Sehr zartes Putensteak mit Backkartoffel und die "Grillteller" an den Nachbartischen sahen auch sehr gut aus. Sehr große Portionen, pro Person knapp 20Euro Im kleinen Laden alles ganz schick angerichtet und eine wirklich sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Eine echte Empfehlung für Kiel, auch wenn es nicht ganz in der Innenstadt liegt. Es ist dennoch einen Besuch wert!
