I will start this off with saying this was my second visit here and the first time was amazing the food and Service was just 5 Star. Unfortunately if I could give 0 stars I would. I wouldn't normally say I would never give a restaurant a chance at redemption as everyone can have a bad day at work however I will not be returning here. We were a table of 4 and sadly this is only what happened with my food and experience im sad to say the rest of the table are not far behind my experience. The first dish I ordered was sadly very disappointing....the sauce was like a salty water with pasta sitting in it. I informed the blonde female waitress who was not our original server she was rude and dismissive. After she left with our dishes to ask the "boss" what she could do (I asked if I could maybe order something else) she shouted across the room at our original waiter who was nothing but nice and professional throughout our visit. The second dish I received was so horrific I felt ill. At this point I had lost my appetite and ate nothing. I explained this to our original nice waiter who apologised ammensly and said he would see what he could work out with the "boss". The blonde waitress was standing with the boss and blatantly talked about us as we were the only customers (normally I would say guests but as the boss and his blonde sidekick were sniggering and pointing at us I will say customer) whereas our original nice waiter tried to be continuously professional and helpful without any help from his "boss". In the end as we paid our bill, and yes I had to pay for the 2nd dish which was inedible and untouched, I didn't fight this as the "boss" was approx 5 tables away and not once as an owner did he come to our table to try and help the situation. I would like to put emphasis on how lovely and professional our young original waiter was. I have worked in this industry for the past 16 years and I really have a lot of patience and compassion when I go out to a restaurant however uncomfortable it made me I could not stay...

I would like to start this review off with saying this was my first visit and I was very excited for my visit upon hearing amazing reviews from my 2 friends. Sadly my experience was short lived. I was excited to try the pasta in a peanut sauce as my friend recommended this dish. Sadly they had run out which was completely fine so I ordered the scampi pasta dish in a white wine sauce. This is where it went downhill, personally for me the dish was a fish stock with a bit of pasta thrown in with heaps of salt. When we went to catch the attention of the lovely young waiter who had served us thus far it was at this point the blonde female waitress came to us so we made the female blonde waitress aware of this and as I apologised as I would normally not complain however it was inedible and I had requested a new dish which seemed as though it was taken in a negative way by the waitress as if she was baffled by the complaint. She said that she would talk to the boss about a new dish. This was fine as I understand that if your not sure about a situation it is best to get clarity from your superior. When my new dish arrived it was marginally better than my first dish. As per the first dish there was a remarkable salt issue, very over salted. I did eat half of it as i was starving and it was more tolerable than the first dish. I did however want to make the waiter aware of the salt issue so they could hinder any further dishes from being served at this quality. Wir waren an einem Dienstag Abend (22.08.) hier. Die Terrasse war gut besucht. Vorab hatten wir reserviert und wir konnten uns außen einen Tisch aussuchen.

Leider war der Abend anders als erhofft. Ich hatte bereits viel gutes über das Restaurant gehört und in den sozialen Medien werden auch immer tolle Bilder gezeigt.

Ich habe eine Vorspeise bestellt, das Steinofenbrot mit dem hausgemachten Knoblauchdip. Das war okay - eine kleine Portion, aber es war ganz lecker.

Dann ging es zum Hauptgang. Wir hatten einmal Nudeln, eine Bowl und dann haben wir uns Fleisch & Fisch an der Theke ausgesucht. Von der Auswahl waren wir enttäuscht, denn im Internet war eine weitaus größere Auswahl. Nach Rückfrage hieß es, dass nur begrenzt bestellt wird, damit nicht viel weggeschmissen werden muss. Die neue Lieferung würde erst in den folgenden Tagen kommen. Na gut. Meine Begleiterinnen haben sich Lachs ausgesucht und den Gargrad "glasig" und ich hatte das Steak mit dem Gargrad "medium" bestellt.

Dazu haben wir das "junge geröstete Grillgemüse", die getrüffelten Pommes mit Parmesan und Rosmarinkartoffeln gegrillt bestellt und ein paar Dips/Saucen.

Fangen wir mit dem Grillgemüse an. Es war kein Grillgemüse, sondern in der Pfanne geschwenktes Gemüse. Es war fast zu bissfest und sehr ölig. Die Pommes waren ihren Namen leider nicht wert. Es war kein Trüffelgeschmack da und auch kein Trüffel zu sehen. Der Parmesan war sehr, sehr überschaubar. Hier habe ich mir was anderes erwartet. Die Rosmarinkartoffeln waren ebenfalls nicht gegrillt, sondern nur in der Pfanne geschwenkt - ebenfalls sehr ölig. Die Trüffel-Mayonnaise war okay und die Trüffelbutter - naja.

Dann kommen wir zu den Hauptgängen und den größten Fehler an dem Abend: Zum einen kamen als erstes die Beilagen und 5 Minuten später kamen die Hauptgerichte. Des Weiteren war bei den Fischen das Eiweiß bereits gestockt und somit zu weit gegart. Das Steak kam durchgebraten und besonders aufgeschnitten an. Meine Begleiterinnen wollten nicht reklamieren, aber ich entschied mich, dass Steak zurück gehen zu lassen und bat um den richtigen Gargrad. Die Kellnerin/Runnerin hatte dies wohl dem Vorgesetzten mitgeteilt und der sehr unhöfliche Restaurant-/Schichtleiter (vermute ich) kam an und sagte mir, dass das Steak nicht durch, sondern medium wäre. Er fing eine Diskussion an und meinte, dass ich keine Ahnung hätte. Ich bat ihn darum mir das Steak neu zu braten und wenn möglich nicht aufzuschneiden. Dies war aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht möglich. Außerdem wies ich ihn daraufhin, dass die Hauptgerichte mehrere Minuten nach den Beilagen kam. Dies verneinte er und meinte es wurde alles gleichzeitig rausgebracht. Mein Teller/meine Platte wurde ausgehoben und weggebracht. Der Restaurantleiter hatte sich dann mit seinen Freunden/Kollegen an einen Nachbartisch gesetzt und dort mit Speisen und Getränken verweilt. Einen Blick auf den Service hatte er nicht und es schien ihm auch egal zu sein.

Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kam mein Steak an, diesmal medium rare. Eine weitere Reklamation wollte ich nicht, denn ich hatte hunger! Also aß ich es mit meinen kalten Beilagen. Der Vorgesetzte fragte ob es schmeckt und der richtige Gargrad war. Ich verneinte es und er ging einfach kommentarlos wieder zu seinen Freunden an den Tisch.

Als unser Hauptkellner kam - nach langer Wartezeit - fragte er nach unserem Wohlbefinden. Ich teilte ihm unsere Missstände mit und er war der erste, der sich entschuldigte und den Fehler einräumte. Ich muss auch sagen, dass er der einzige war, der Wert auf seine Gäste legte - deswegen gibt es auch 2 Sterne für den Service.

Das Ambiente ist toll, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Fazit: Das ist leider kein Restaurant, dass ich empfehlen kann. Weder vom Essen, noch vom Service. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut. Für die erhaltene Qualität war der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Diese Restaurantkette werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.
