Augustiner an der Sankt Martinskirche — Restaurant in Landshut

Just got back from an unforgettable experience at Augustiner-Bräu, and I can't stop raving about it! This iconic German restaurant nailed every aspect of the dining experience, even with a full house of eager patrons.

I was today at this nice spot, that I found on... hell yeah, nowhere else but Google Maps.😁 As it was one of the best evaluated spots in #Landshut, and the one with #Augustiner beer, that I really wanted to try. And that was a perfect shot! I did have a great, tender, crispy and delicious piece of pork, that's been done in a typical Lower Bavarian way. It's called "Niederbayerischer Krustenbraten". IT WAS FANTASTIC. FABULOUS. DELICIOUS. 🥩🍻👍🏻 And of course a very good #Augustiner beer, that made it complete and made me happy!! 🍻😎🇩🇪💪🏻 "Up, I did it again..."!! 🙈🙊😂👍🏻 I was there yet again today once I only arrived to Landshut and yet again I had the best ever Bavarian classic Krustenbraten!! And of course, again it was fabulous and delicious...!!😋🥩🔥👌🏻

Update after another visit in April 2023: This time I got only a small hunger, so decided to give it a try and ordered a local Bavarian style soup called Brezensuppe. And it is a soup with sliced Weißwurst (white pork sausage) and sliced pretzel (in Bavarian dialect it's Breze). The 🍲 is really good 👍🏻 and one gets a really big bowl 🥣 of a "Niederbayerischer Suppe". 🤌🏻🇩🇪💯 And of course HAD TO GET Augustiner. Here it's a MUST! Great beer!!...

This place is a very nice place to visit, it's overall very nicely located (close to the city centre), the food is very tasty and in large portions, while the beer and other alcohol beverages are amazing. The staff here (at least waiters) wear classic Bavarian Lederhosen and striped shirt. Plus, there's a bathroom down on the left (yet with cold water). They offer some kind of takeaway packaging, if you don't eat everything up for some reason. It's a nicely-wrapped aluminum foil, which is good for keeping things warm. I highly recommend this place...
