The cakes are delicious and generous (ranging from the all-chocolate Sachertorte to the Apfelstrudel), and the place itself is really nice for a good price/quality.
But the waiting time is just unacceptable.
I had to wait 25 minutes before I could even order a coffee and a slice of cake. I finished eating in about 15 minutes, and then it took another 20 minutes before I was finally able to pay. I believe there’s a serious issue with the team’s coordination & attention to clients. Having just one person in charge of the entire terrace is simply not enough.

It was a miracle that had not been burnt as well. Customer service was awful.
