‏Ehrlich gesagt muss ich das jetzt ansprechen. Mehrmals ist mir schon so etwas passiert, aber ich habe mir gedacht: „Na gut, er ist noch neu im Geschäft“ oder „Er hat gerade viele Gäste.“ ‏Aber heute – leider – sieht es so aus, als hätten die Mitarbeiter die Angewohnheit, Bestellungen nicht auszuführen oder eine andere zu vergessen. ‏Und das, nachdem wir über 15 Minuten gewartet haben, obwohl im Laden außer uns fast keine Kunden waren. Trotzdem haben sie die gesamte Bestellung vergessen. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas passiert.

‏Für mich ist das die letzte Gelegenheit in meinem Leben, diesen Laden zu betreten – egal, was passiert. ‏Ich wünsche niemandem, so eine Erfahrung zu machen, denn das war wirklich eine der schlimmsten Restaurant-Erfahrungen, die ich in all den Jahren je hatte. Aber bei „Al Rabi‘“ ist es leider passiert, und ich hoffe wirklich, so etwas nie wieder in meinem Leben zu sehe

الصراحة صار لازم أحكي. أكثر من مرة صار معي موقف، لكن كنت أقول: “معلش، لسه جديد على المصلحة” أو “عنده كثير عالم”. بس اليوم، مع الأسف الشديد، الظاهر أن الشباب عندهم عادة ألّا يُنجزوا الطلب أو ينسوا طلبًا آخر. طبعًا بعد انتظار أكثر من 15 دقيقة، مع العلم أنه تقريبًا ما كان في حدا بالمحل من الزبائن غيرنا، ومع ذلك نسوا الطلب كاملًا. وهذه ليست أول مرة تصير.

بالنسبة إلي، هذه آخر مرة في حياتي أفوت فيها على هذا المطعم، مهما حصل. وأتمنى ألّا يمرّ أي أحد بهذه التجربة، لأنها فعلًا من أسوأ التجارب التي مرّت عليّ في جميع زياراتي للمطاعم على مر السنين. لكن عند “الربيع”، للأسف، حصل ذلك، وأتمنى حقًا ألّا أرى مثل هذا الشيء في حياتي...

I like seeing food from different cultures and this place offers some delicious dishes. The design of the place and the music sets the atmosphere as if you traveled to a different country. What is most important is that food tastes original and good, and the prices are affordable. Service is not slow and kind. The location is somewhere outside the city centre. You can’t find there many tourists. The food is delicious and the prices are ok. We can recommend the manakesh. You can get a free of charge tea. The tables are closed to each other. The music is loud there and they could make it down or use some international...
