Analog is a truly lovely café and one of the most wonderful places to visit in Leipzig. What makes this place special is not only an excellent choice of coffee and cake (the NY cheese cake is particularly recommended), but Tom - a kind, considerate person and a great barista. Seeing Tom attending to his guests is a very special joy. He is passionate about what he is doing, and takes great care in well, just everything! I enjoyed my visit at Analog Café/Bar a lot. Many people said it before and I say it again: coffee and cake are absolutely fantastic. But that’s not only what this place is about. From my point of view it’s more about the space itself, its warm atmosphere, a very well selected interior, products which are made with love, and this gorgeous guy who takes care of all this. We stopped for a coffee on our way to Hamburg, spent 15 minutes from the highway to enjoy good coffee, and the coffee was great. The place's concept is a bit strange. There is one guy who makes everything, and it takes ages, so it's not really an easy flow; also, the place is a bit depressing. But again, we came for coffee, and that was very good.
