Some of the staff are certainly not prepared. Some are even rude. The organization at the tables is managed in a chaotic way causing inconvenience and waiting, the food is unfortunately not always fresh, a salad with watermelon now old and to be thrown out. The pommes frites also were from old potatoes. A burger cooked rare, which was then heated in the microwave(why?) and the microwave killed the salad. About the veggie burger I was told "Mhe, it was edible". It seems then that the kitchen department no longer has the skills it used to have. When we were there they had 6-7 people serving a half empty restaurant - yet they managed to take 30 mins to serve a coffee. Besides they listed several dishes and cakes on their daily menu which were no longer available. Really no big deal, but why list stuff which...
