We went to this bakery twice during our stay in Mannheim. The first time we were served by a young fellow who was very friendly and spoke English. He made us feel very welcome and we had no problems with our QR codes. The next day we decided to go again, yet this time we were served by a middle aged lady who was extremely rude. She did not accept our foreign QR codes even though we were fully vaccinated. She simply refused to look at them properly and literally SCREAMED at us in German that they were not valid and needed to leave immediately. The manager of the bakery was standing right next to this ordeal and did absolutely NOTHING about it. I would never go back because of this experience. I have never experienced this treatment in any customer oriented establishment. SHAME ON YOU!
