McDonald's — Restaurant in Mayen

Waited 22 minutes for cold food to be delivered to table with no apology. Staff were going slowly about their business in a relaxed fashion not suited to a high volume, fast service restaurant. They seemed completely oblivious to the fact that customers were growing frustrated with the wait, despite at least 5 tables being seated for 15 to 25 minutes without orders arriving. This is in addition to dirty toilet facilities and waste building up at the dedicated table clearing facility (see photo) Very disappointing for McDonald's. Next time I'm in Mayen I will use Burger...

Mixed feelings about this place... On a European bicycle tour,I went in and ordered food however, as I am a tourist from the UK, my card was not accepted. This was a touch annoying as the card I had was a € card. Anyway, I went and got cash and returned. I had cut my hand quite badly and asked for a napkin to stem the flow of blood, instead, the lady who served me applied a Bandaid and gave me a spare one too. Heute 15.06.25 im Drive bestellt. Bei der Bestellung ging es los der Mitarbeiter nur ganz gebrochenes Deutsch. Ich habe ein Mc Smart Menü bestellen wollen ich habe grade Mc Smart ausgesprochen mit welchen Burgern und schon sprach er mir ins Wort „Pommes Mayo Cola“ ich sagte nur „Nein Pommes Mayo Sprite ohne Eiswürfel“ daraufhin tippte er trotzdem wieder eine Cola ein🙄. Ich habe ihm dann noch einmal gesagt „SPRITE OHNE EISWÜRFEL!!!“ daraufhin fragte er mich „Cheeseburger ohne Eiswürfel?“ Ich hab mich absolut nur noch Verarscht gefühlt und habe ihm nochmal gesagt was ich eigentlich wollte daraufhin hat auch er es mal gerafft. Ich bin dann vor zum bezahlen gefahren dort war er schon mit seinem Kollegen am lästern so das es jeder hätte hören können. Anschließend dachte ich ok reicht jetzt mit dem aufregen stelle mich auf den Parkplatz will anfangen zu essen beiß in die erste Pommes die absolut nur nach Pappe geschmeckt hat kein Salz und nix. Dann in den Cheeseburger genau das selbe hat sich angefühlt wie von heute Mittag. Ich habe schon an mir selbst gezweifelt also meine Freundin probieren lassen die genau das selbe sagte. Also von daher keine anderen Worte wie Katastrophe für diese Filiale es kommt in der letzten Zeit immer öfter vor und deshalb jetzt auch die Rezension. Vielleicht kommt Mc Donalds ja mal auf jemanden zu und entschuldigt sich aber da kann ich glaube ich noch...
