First of all, the place got renovated not long ago! Don't look at the photos more than a few months old. The new decoration is absolutely gorgeous, fitted with calm non lyrical music that sets a pleasant atmosphere and it ISN'T DISRUPTIVE, so many restaurants just blast whatever music!!!! . Atmosphere was easily 9.9/10

The food came pretty quickly and it was good. I tried fried gyoza and ramen (mine was customised) so take the pic with a grain of salt. There were several options like soyu ramen that has entirely different broth. Mine was light, the noodles were nice and springy with just enough chew. Compared to usual tonkotsu, it was more refreshing than filling. The egg WAS MARINATED. It had an actual color unlike so many places I've seen that forgot about this Crucial step! Wir waren heute als Familie zum ersten Mal bei Sushi Kimphat. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles ist sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Auch ist es nicht laut. Die Speisen sind vielfältig und auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Alle vier waren wir durchweg vom Essen begeistert. Alles war frisch zubereitet und die Ente genau richtig zubereitet.
