Worst service evet, bad food. I was really disappointed because the first 2 times I enjoyed most of the stuff I ordered (speribs was good, cheese stake on vegtable anti-pasti was horrible), and the last 2 times were just bad! The last time I was there I ordered stake without sauce because my boyfriend is alergic- and they gave us stake with sauce. When I told them they took it to the kitchen and just removed most of the sauce with something- the sauce was still there. i went there again today because I didnt want to judge the place for 1 mistake. I ordered a french burger and they gave me a different one (they change it every week), so I got a burger with BBQ sauce that I just hate, and a completely diferent one from what was in the menu. I told the waitress a few times and she was mean. Then she went to the kitchen to change the sauce but gave it back to me still with a lot of BBQ all over the bun. I told her again... until I got the burger without BBQ the burger&fries was already...

Abendessen am 11.10.1024 (18h-20.30h): Kellnerin (blonde Haare, ca. 55J?) hat mich nicht mehr bedient, obwohl sie bestimmt 6-7 Mal ins Zelt kam und andere Gäste bediente. Nach 30 Minuten bin ich nach vorne zur Kasse und habe gefragt, ob ich denn nun langsam etwas zu essen bestellen könnte. Sie hat mich gefragt wo ich sitze und dann erwidert, dass sie gleich komme. Weitere 15 Min. vergingen, ihre Bedienung war noch 2-3 Mal im Zelt, um andere, aber nicht mich bzw. uns zu bedienen. Mein Geschäftspartner aus Japan war mittlerweile eingetroffen und es war mir höchst peinlich, welchen Service er miterleben musste. Ich bin dann erneut zur Theke und habe Ihre Bedienung mit der Situation konfrontiert. Sie verzog verärgert das Gesicht, kein Sorry oder dergleichen, ich durfte dann an der Theke bestellen. Die Getränke (musste ich erneut an der Theke bestellen) dauerten dann nochmal länger, in der Zwischenzeit wurde anderes Essen an den Tisch gebracht, welches wir gar nicht bestellt hatten. Unser Essen kam dann nach nicht mal 10 Minuten und so schmeckte es auch. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war rare anstatt medium, Bratkartoffel nicht mal mehr lauwarm. Ich hatte wirklich Bedenken, das Essen umgehen zu lassen, weil das zu weiterem Chaos geführt hätte. Niemand hat abgeräumt oder kam mal vorbei, um zu fragen, ob es geschmeckt hat oder wir noch ein Dessert möchten. Ich war wirklich heilfroh, dass wir aus dem Lokal rausgingen. Zum Bezahlen musste ich erneut an die Kasse. Die Kellnerin muss irgendetwas reingeschmissen haben, sie fragte doch tatsächlich wo wir saßen. Und jetzt: unser Verzehr von Tisch 31 war gar nicht in der Kasse abgespeichert! Ich wurde gefragt, was wir verzehrt hatten!!! Die Frau war völlig inkompetent, unfreundlich und wirkte total überfordert! Ich reise beruflich seit 35J und habe in sehr vielen Restaurants und Biergärten gegessen. So schlecht bin ich in 60 Jahren noch NIE bedient worden! Ihr Lokal genießt einen guten Ruf und ich habe es immer weiterempfohlen.
