We got in and sat down, the guy at the counter was a bit rude however I let it slide because I thought maybe he was busy. We went to order and asked for a bacon and egg sandwich with no egg. We wanted everything else on it just no egg due to allergies. The guy (in photo below) then said to us “but that’s the whole point it’s an egg and bacon sandwich” and we said “yea but we want everything else on it but egg. That the person with us is allergic”. He then goes “we can do ham and cheese” and we proceeded to asked nicely why can’t we just do bacon and cheese. He was getting angry with us and we were very confused and he says “all this is egg, everything on the menu you will see is egg”. He then walks away to the kitchen and comes back and says throws the menu at us. I then said to let’s go because he was so rude, and we stood up and he got angry with us he said “I just gave you a menu with no egg” and (at this point I started recording so everything was caught on video) we said he was complaining and being rude to us the whole time about it, that the person could die if he eats egg. He then stormed up to the door to open it for us to leave he proceeded to be rude and then to touch my arm to push me out, and when we snapped at him for touching me he got angry and walked away. We were nice to him until he threw the menu at us (literally threw). To me this says there food isn’t fresh, they have everything already made before hand. However, if this is the case you just have to say that. Not causing a scene all because we wanted to remove egg from some toast because someone is deathly allergic. Don’t come here if you have any allergies as they aren’t accommodating at all. I can’t imagine this place being vegan then too?? How can you have vegan donuts and get angry when someone...

Read moreParty of 3 went for breakfast - menu had toast, bacon, egg and cheese. We asked for no egg (two of us are allergic to egg) The bearded arrogant male serving us was giving us a look of disgust as though how dare we - he said that the egg was the main part of the meal and it would have no flavour - I said that's fine we eat that often. He then stormed off and got a menu and said this had a ham sandwich- obviously the lunch menu. After that we got annoyed and got up and said we won't bother as it was too much of an effort. As we headed for the door he tried to explain. We said that's fine we will take our business elsewhere. He then proceeded to push one of the female adults out the door - in Australia we call this assault- the male person in our party then said get your hands off her....
