Response 9 to the changed reply of the owner: Doubting the normality of a person in the course of this "conversation" is an insult in my eyes.

I think this "conversation" has had misunderstandings right from the start due to automatic translations? I am writing in English.

Response 8 to the changed reply of the owner: You continue to insult me which I will not accept.

Response 7 to the changed reply of the owner: As long as you continue to accuse me of things that are neither true nor relevant to the subject, I will continue to stand up for myself and my family and will not accept to be treated by you in the way you are responding to my "Personal criticism" which can be translated to German as "persönliche Bewertung/Rezesion". Others synonyms would be personal evaluation or personal view. By "personal", I am not meaning you because as you correctly wrote, we did not meet yesterday. I mean myself. This review is how I FELT TREATED - extremely family unfriendly.

Response 5 & 6 to the changed reply of the owner: I'm not the one writing novels here, becoming more unfriendly with each reply and simply unable to deal with an unfortunate incident and the resulting personal criticism.

Response 4 to the changed reply of the owner: You finally took out the word "lying" but still implicitly suggest I was intentionally planning to sit at your chair without paying the extra Tax Euro instead of sitting at the bench, which we were for most of the time. This is not about any taxes but on HOW we were asked to sit in the smoke of two big cigars and one cigarette (and YES, you could smell it ALL along the bench!) with our small kids or to leave.

FALSELY accusing me of lying and questioning my function as a role model towards my children which is by the way absolutely nothing of your business! I am expressing MY experience in this review and from my point of view it was a very bad experience that has not been made any better by your responses in which you repeatedly make false accusations.

Response 1 to the reply of the owner: Dear Sir or Madam Have you seen the video surveillance? Great, then you should know exactly what happened! Here are the facts: We ordered ice cream, which we planned to eat on the bench next to our bikes, which is exactly what we did at first, while feeding our youngest the food we brought with us because it's too small for ice cream. So we weren't lying, as you imply! After a while, unfortunately, two men lit up their two big cigars next to us. Another man was smoking at the table at the front, which was pulled over the lowest part of the bench. At first we continued to eat our ice cream on the bench and hoped that the wind would change, which unfortunately didn't happen. Firstly, ice cream doesn't taste good with the smell of cigars in your nose and secondly, young children should NOT be exposed to cigars or cigarette smoke! So I went to the other side with only 1/4 of the ice cream left and tried to finish my ice cream with my child in one of your chairs away from the smoke. There were only a handful of guests and plenty of room. Even when we kindly explained to your employee why we had moved from the bench and didn't want to sit in the smoke of two cigars and a cigarette, we were told that there were absolutely no exceptions and asked to either sit in the smoke with our children or leave.

For me, this is unacceptable and I find it extremely family-unfriendly, which I expressed in my review. Falsely accusing me of lying and questioning my role model function towards my children confirms my decision not...

A warm and cozy neighborhood Ice cream - Coffee shop. I highly recommend “La Fantastica” for three simple reasons. It has a wide variety of ice cream flavors 🍓🧁🍧 and they keep producing different kinds all the time. So you will definitely taste something different all the time and that is surprisingly good!🥳 Also they offer a great coffee quality ☕️ and the people that work there are always happy to serve you. 🫶👏 What I like the most is the option to take the ice cream at home in a nice styrofoam packaging without being worried of the heat melting it. This I never found elsewhere so that is a huge thumbs up 👍!! Overall the ice cream it self has great taste and you can immediately realize that they produce “real ice cream” with high quality ingredients unlike other. Polite people, good coffee, a great ice cream and above all affordable prices!!...

Ein Sommer mit viel viel Eis, herrlicher Sahne und Kaffee vom feinsten 👏👏👏 Das war letztes Jahr so und danach kam das TIRAMISU😋😋😋😋 Es begann ein neues Zeitalter 🤣🤣für uns!! Einfach zum Dahinschmelzen gut 👍 👏👏👏 Möchte sagen dass es das beste ist was wir bisher gegessen haben!!! Es gibt auch immer eine schöne Auswahl an anderen Kuchen und Gebäck 🥮 Die Eissorten sind unglaublich vielfältig und eine besser als die andere 😋😋👏👏👏 Der Besitzer ist ein sehr kreativer Kopf mit spektakulären Eissorten Ideen, aber immer noch realistisch umgesetzt! (Im Winter wird die Eistheke übrigens umgewandelt in eine einladende Weihnachtsplätzchen und Gebäcklandschaft mit leckerem Stollen z.B. und anderen kreativen Genussmitteln - auch auf Bestellung 🤭😂) Die Kreationen der Eisbecher sind groß und sehr schön hergerichtet... Die Chefin nimmt sich dafür Zeit und kreiert liebevoll und man bekommt keinen „hingeschmissenen“ Becher für ein Riesengeld! Im Vergleich zu anderen Eisdielen sind die Preise und die Qualität sehr angemessen und passend!!! Das Bruschetta das wir vor kurzem gegessen haben war ein Träumchen: rundum schmackhaft und super lecker hergerichtet 👏👏👏

Das gesamte Team ist ein Musterbeispiel für Freundlichkeit und guten Service, der durchaus auch sehr humorvoll abläuft!! Das erfrischt in diesen traurigen Zeiten besonders 👍👍 Das Besitzerpärchen ist immer herzlich und lustig und zuvorkommend 😘😘 Wir fühlen uns einfach sauwohl bei und mit ihnen!!!

Man findet in der Regel heraus wann die besseren Zeiten zum Genießen sind da es zu bestimmten Zeiten nachmittags teilweise auch mal hoch hergeht mit Kinderlärm usw… Wer das nicht mag sollte um die späte Mittagszeit oder frühen Nachmittag kommen... Ganz klare Empfehlung für einen Besuch, der aber auch nicht der einzige bleiben...
