McDonald's — Restaurant in Munich

The largest McDonald's in München city and probably the only one with table service.

The ordering system is well thought and simple enough, there is seating on the ground floor and the first floor plus outside, also private customer parking on the small street.

The whole point of table service is comfort and that customers wouldn't need to go to the counter and ask the staff for things.

However, for some reason, every single staff has a huge headphone on their ear and they act like robots. You receive your order on a table, something is missing and you end up going to the counter, staring at a person that seemingly can barely hear you, and when they do, there is zero smiles involved as they cater to your request.

Another funny fact I observed that they were out of Big Mac. Can you imagine a McDonald's with no big Mac...

The previous time we went to pick up our food from store they gave as burgers without patties inside. We did not gave any attention that time. But 2 days ago in an order of 40 euro they forgot to put inside one large french fries and one chickenburger. We did not check every item when food was handled as it is impossible with a baby in our arms and as we got used from stores in other European cities with no mistakes. We even tried to communicate through the app after we got home but they do not provide instant help. Or you sent your complain in a contact form or you wait for a call after appointment.Nobody called us yet. I will wait for it and the response in order to finalize my review. Update: They call us back 45' after phone appointment and we expressed our problem.We wait for...

Liebes Mc Donalds...

Ich bin Mitte 40. Als Kind war ein Besuch bei Mc Donald's immer etwas ganz besonderes. Ein Geschmackserlebnis das Dir so kein Imbiss damals bieten konnte. Leckerer Cheeseburger, knusprige Chicken Nuggets mit süß saurer Sauce. Und dazu die tollen Pommes, außen heiß und knusprig, innen so lecker weich kartoffelig.

Was haben Sie bloß aus Dir gemacht? Die Preise sind schon sehr hoch geworden. Und vieles andere habt Ihr schlicht und einfach vergessen entsprechend mit an das Level anzupassen. Ich muss selber an einem Terminal bestellen, gerade bei größeren Bestellungen fehlen regelmäßig Produkte. Tische werden so oft erst auf Nachfrage abgewischt. Getränke obwohl ohne Eiswürfel bestellt werden in absoluter Regelmäßigkeit trotzdem mit Eis serviert. Frische heiße und gut gesalzene Pommes sind bei meinen Besuchen eine Seltenheit geworden. Oft sind die Pommes älterer Natur oder man hat so kleine Öl Salz Klümpchen an den Fritten wenn die Wanne nicht regelmäßig sauber gemacht wird. Wenn man mal in Bar bezahlen möchte habe ich oft den Eindruck man störe die Mitarbeiter im Arbeitsablauf. Die Freundlichkeit vergangener Tage scheint allzu oft Geschichte zu sein.

So kommt einen Fast der Gedanke das Mc Donalds liebster Gast eh derjenige ist der sein Essen mitnimmt. So wird wenig im Restaurant schmutzig und der Müll muss zu Hause entsorgt werden. Und damit der Gast von heute aus ausreichend motiviert ist das Restaurant auch zeitnah wieder zu verlassen wird man hier vermeintlich auch noch mit Parkgebühren behelligt.

Auf Anfrage bei Mc Donald's Deutschland wurde ich an den Franchisenehmer verwiesen. Der wiederum antwortete per eMail sehr unfreundlich und gleichgültig. Auf meine Zeile: Ich werde diese Forderung nicht bezahlen bekam ich als Antwort man ließe sich nicht drohen. Nach über 1 1/2 Jahren erhalte ich nach wie vor Post durch ein Inkassounternehmen.
