Pallas Athene München — Restaurant in Munich

I have never been so mistreated in my life. I went there on Friday evening with my family and none was at the entrance showing us a table. We seated at a free table for 4 in the middle of the room and the waitress saw us several time waiting and nothing. I asked twice and she replied rudely she would have come but nothing. After 30min waiting with not even water on the table I asked again just to see the menu and this person came rudely and shouting that we should have been patient. Ok maybe on Friday it was crowded but you never treat so a customer, never. When she came so annoyed and shouting with the menus (already 40min passed) I had enough and we wanted to leave. My wife wanted to talk to the manager to report a complaint and this person took her arms rudely pushing her at the door and showing to leave the place. I will never go there again and neither I would suggest to any of my friends. 1 star is maybe too much already. One suggestion for the management of this "restaurant", it can happen that the personal has problems and the place is crowded on Friday evening but you never never never shout in the dining area to a customer neither...

Normalerweise bestellen wir in Restaurants nicht nur Dessert und Kaffee, weil wir schon böse angeguckt wurden, weil wir nicht gegessen, sondern nur Dessert bestellt haben. In diesem Fall saßen wir auf der Terrasse des Restaurants, weil wir ein Schild sahen, auf dem Cafe stand. Das ist natürlich ein Grund, nur eine Nachspeise und einen Kaffee zu bestellen. Es scheint, dass die Tatsache, dass wir nicht gegessen haben, nicht gut ankam. Zunächst mussten wir den Kellner rufen, sobald wir Platz genommen hatten, denn da er wusste, dass wir nicht essen würden, ignorierte er uns völlig. Sie bedienten einen Tisch, der vor uns das Mittagessen bestellt hatte, der zwei Desserts und Getränke für drei Personen bestellte. Zweitens brachten sie uns Kaffee in schmutzigen Tassen. Das sieht man auf den Fotos. Es ist besser, das Cafeschild zu entfernen und die Kunden darüber zu informieren, dass Sie nur Essen servieren, als das, was Sie heute getan haben.

Normalmente no solemos pedir postre y café en restaurantes porque nos han mirado mal por no comer sino sólo pedir postre. En este caso nos sentamos en la terraza del local porque vimos un cartel que ponía café. Por supuesto esto nos da pie a pedir sólo un postre y un café. Parece que el hecho de no comer no sentó bien. En primer lugar tuvimos que llamar al camarero una vez sentados, ya que, sabiendo que no íbamos a comer, nos ignoraron completamente. My cousin held her wedding party there. It's a nice place but the rooms they gave us were very wrong the were too room communicating through balcony doors. It was very uncomfortable because one room was the wedding table and one more table and the dance floor and the other only tables so the people sitting in the other room which was 70% were like they were separated. Nevertheless the food was very good and very tasty the had some awesome starters with amazing sauces and their main course was big and tasty too.
