the welcome inside the restaurant is not the best, he is greeted with a sad face as if I were bothering him, furthermore I asked for a menu not in the local German language and they had to find it and dust it because it probably hadn't been used for a long time.... I ordered some dishes and I asked for water to drink, I was not offered any possibility to choose what type and quantity of water I wanted to drink, the dishes arrive and the waitress continues to stare at me while I am eating, also making me uncomfortable, also the empty plates they are not collected but accumulate as I consume the meal... I fakely asked to change a dish because I forgot that I couldn't eat a food because I'm allergic but they weren't interested in anything it wasn't possible to make this change despite the place it was empty and there was no rush to waste time.. luckily I'm not allergic to that type of food so I ate my dish. the kitchen is exposed and unfortunately you can see all the dirt in the kitchen I don't think it's a nice thing to see... and if we take into account that I was the first customer of the evening that dirt was definitely not from the same day .... I expressed my disappointment at the checkout about the type of service and the quality of the food received but they didn't consider giving a small discount or at least trying to satisfy me in some other way..... definitely a...

Bestellt am 29.01.2023 zum selbst abholen über Google - Orderdirect 3.00€ Fischbällchen Thai Art 2.80€ Thailändische Frühlingsrollen 7.50€ Gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnerfleisch (Stand 31.01.2023 12:00 Uhr) 30 Min hat es angezeigt für die Zubereitung. Nach 30 min angekommen und rein. Der Laden war nicht annähernd modern, aufgeräumt oder sauber wie auf den Fotos von vor 5 Jahren. Mittlerweile reines Lieferdienst ambiente. Keine freundlichen Gesichter und kein Augenkontakt und keine Begrüßung Die (Kunden-/Bezahl-)Theke war vollgestellt mit Zutaten und Küchen Utensilien, nicht grade hygienisch wenn da gearbeitet wird wo Geld und Kunde Kontakt haben.

Ich hab gesagt was ich bestellt habe, laut Karte war es die 1; 4; 39. Schälchen mit der Nummer 38 hingehalten - macht dann 10€. Dann nochmal nachgeschaut, die 3 Sachen aufgeschrieben. Mir wieder die verpackte 38 hingehalten und diesmal 20€ verlangt.... 7.50€+2.80€+3€=13.30€ ? Hab gezeigt was ich bestellt habe. Von ihr kam "7.50€ ist Mittagskarte". Bestellt wurde aber definitiv nicht von der Mittagskarte. Kurzerhand auf einer der Karten im Restaurant zusammengerechnet. 15.50€ statt 13.30€. Weiterhin wurden aber die 20€ verlangt für ein falsches Nudel-Gericht und 2 Vorspeisen die nach 30 min immer noch nicht fertig waren (TK Frühlingsrollen, TK Fischbällchen - 5 min in die Fritteuse)

Also kurz nochmal nachgerechnet: Selbstabholer wären 15.50€ Heimservice wären 17,50€ Verlangt worden sind weiterhin die 20€, auf nachfrage nach einer Rechnung hieß es, dass es keine gibt. Hab es dann natürlich stehen gelassen, schade ums Essen und ums Tier oder vllt den nächsten Kunden, der mein altes kaltes/aufgewärmtes Gericht bekommt.

Laut eigener Karte Online und im Laden: Selbstabholer: 4.00€ Fischbällchen Thai Art 3.50€ Thailändische Frühlingsrollen 8.00€ Gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnerfleisch (Stand 31.01.2023 12:00 Uhr)

Fazit: Hätte auch die 15,50€ bezahlt. Selbst die 17.50€ wäre ich bereit gewesen zu zahlen, wenn das Ambiente oder der Service gestimmt hätte. Aber frech erst 10€ und dann 20€ zu verlangen für das FALSCHE GERICHT und auch noch extreme Zubereitungszeit 30min+ (Selbstabholer, also keine Lieferzeit). Also habe ich diese Alternativen gewählt:

A small restaurant cum imbiss in business locality makes easier for many working people to enjoy food. I didnt understand concept of this restaurant as it serves Thai, chinese and Indian food dishes. I tasted butter chicken masala one day where chicken was fried like chinese dish and added to masala. Masala gravy was ok. Another day I tasted aloo gobi paratha which was really awesome. Place has very limited seating. Appx 10-12 high chairs. In summer, you can sit outside. I am really worridd about food preparation quality. As there are 3-4 cook always in 2×5 m kitchen. Everything was messy and dirty and moat important NO Hygiene at all. No cordination between cooks makes dish preparation chaotic.

Place definitely recommended to visit however, not...
