I visit this restaurant several times a year when meeting a friend in Munich, and it never disappoints. The ambiance is charming, with ample outdoor seating, but the interior truly stands out with its cozy and inviting atmosphere.​ The food is consistently delicious. We found this place completely by chance. We were touring the city and had our hotel in the vicinity of this place, and decided to go there because it was the only open, German looking place, and man it was! The space is beautiful, it has a lot of tables outside, but the inside is the real treat, it feels like you're in a Christmas village! Es ist leider schon fast obligatorisch, aber egal wo ich zum Essen hin gehe, ich komme mir nur mehr verarscht vor. 1. Eindruck war OK, sieht recht sauber (neu renoviert?) aus, so auf urig-boarisch halt. Leider verliert man den Eindruck schnell, wenn das Personal, mit schlechtem Deutsch daherkommt. Also nix mit bayrisch, sondern Osteuropa. Warum kochen die dann Sachen, die sie nicht können? Donnerstag Mittag ist Schnitzeltag, klingt ja nicht schlecht, der Preis von Euro 8,20 inkl. Suppe, oder Salat lässt aber schon etwas stutzen, bei dem Preis, kann was nicht stimmen. So war es dann auch. Zur Auswahl an Schnitzeln: Wiener Art m. Pommes, Gorgonzola- und Senfschnitzel mit Nudeln. Die Fleischgröße ist gelinde gesagt ein Witz, ich schätze, dass das Stück keine 50gr. hatte und so dünn geklopft war, noch dazu mit Zackenklopfer, macht man schon seit zig Jahren nicht mehr! Richtig schneiden und plattieren ist angesagt! Die Gorgonzola- und Senfsauce waren recht einfach und nach Gorgonzola sah das sowieso nicht aus, denn dieser Käse hat Schimmel mit drin und den würde man sehen, war aber nicht der Fall, also ich vermute - TÜTE!, zusammengeschustert, naja zum Preis passend. Der Salat, ohne richtiges Dressing, ist mir grundsätzlich zwar lieber, aber dann erwarte ich Salatzutaten (Essig/Öl) am Tisch und nicht Imbisspäckchen mit Salatmayonaise. Man war sehr bemüht Extrawünsche zu erfüllen, das war sehr nett und bringt in diesem Fall den 2. Stern, aber bei der Miniportion, wenn jemand dann auch noch LowCarb möchte, also ohne Beilage, hätte ein 2. Stückchen Fleisch, den Wirt auch nicht in die Insolvenz getrieben.
