I attended with a friend at approx 12.30 on Saturday 10 Oct with the aim of looking at my preferred car and discussing options for purchase. On entering, despite there being people at reception we were not greeted. In fact, we walked the entire showroom floor passing many BMW staff/sales associates without ever being greeted. I found my preferred car and again was not approached so made my way back to reception to ask could the car be opened (COVID restrictions understandably). The person at reception reluctantly opened the car and then I had to ask could a sales associate come and answer my questions. I was approached by a sales associate, who, from his manner, clearly had no interest in talking to me. When I explained that I was a resident in Germany but was hoping to order a right hand drive car as I may move to Ireland in the future, he was even more reluctant to help. I explained that I understood that he may not be able to answer me on the spot (as it was Saturday) but could we at least look at some configuring options/prices so that I had an idea and then on Monday when HQ was open he could figure out the process. Again, with complete reluctance he started to make his way towards a desk but passed a colleague on the way, exchanged a few words and then told me "No it cannot be done". He asked if I needed anything else (like he had provided me with something) and I responded that it was clear that he had no interest in helping me, so no, nothing else. I left my home that morning with the intention of buying a car and returned dejected, frustrated and in complete disbelief that a luxury car brand (we are not talking about small sums of money here) could operate with such low levels of customer service. The barista, digital screens, glass showroom, all of it meaningless if the humans running the show cannot even muster up a polite "hello, how can I help" or go a step further and actually try to sell you a car. I would get more customer service...

I was not even able to imagine the service could be so bad...Basically it is not exciting kind of service.
Being honest I need to mention that my experience is related to BMW Spain, however I do not separate at this moment and hope someone from Customer support department will have a time an take a look.
Before I start, my opinion is any garage service is better then BMW Official ones. In all meaning, timelines, service itself, delivered result, customer support.
The story is (short version cause I'm tired to tell it to people I managed to contact in BMW): I brought my car (Mini Cooper Contryman) to BMW Carteya Official in the mid of November. The request was to make diagnostics and find a reason of one error shown on display.
The estimation was 24-48 hours to make the diagnostics. Since mid of November I haven't seen my car. The last communication was they have broken something, it is not starting now, and I need to take it on track because after the fantastic service of BMW my car is not working anymore. I tried to contact manager of Carteya - they do not reply. BMW Spain promised to resolve the issue, however I called hour ago and simply nothing happen.
During two months I spent around 1500 euro for renting the car. My car was broken by BMW, I need to pay more to another service. But the funniest thing my current request is: "Please give me back my car at the same condition brought it to you"
I do not ask it being repaired or compensated. I hope some Communication manager, PR specialist is reading now this feedback and on behalf of BMW would understand the level of absurd of my request and case.
After my car is 2 months on BMW official Service, I want to take it back to any other service and get repaired, because it seems BMW is not qualified enough to make even a diagnostics of BMW car. They have enough of qualification to broke it and to keep...

We had to move constantly from one hotel to another because we didn't booked for more than 2-3 days in a row thinking they might finish the car and we will leave...yeah right...we went home... After almost 2 months...they call me and say...the car is ready...but in the meantime they kept changing everything on the car...from exhaust manifolds (both) to.the injectors, sparkplugs, ignition coils, catalytic converters (both), turbos etc :)))...went there to take my car... Paid the bill of 8600eur and left...after 10km the car started the same problems as 2 months before...:))). They said the car was ready just to make me.pay for.the 8600eur and after that we will just see...Anyway...took the car back...and after 1 month and another 2000eur the car was ready but if I.used the 95octane benzine the car started shacking...they gave me the car with the navigation trim scratched, no cover from the headlamp washer...the AC compressor broken, the logic7 amplifier burned, the seats where in such a condition I had to repaint them...the interior of the car was dirty and scratched...incredible... No more BMW München for me...oh yes...and if I have a problem with my car the service warranty will only be covered in München...so.if the car brakes down in Amsterdam no BMW service will help me only the one where my car was...
