Excellent Ice Creams at Excellent Prices

Osteria is one of those Ice Cream Parlors which finds a perfect balance. From its shady setting under the trees of the Rathaus Platz to its friendly service, the venue itself is nigh on perfect. The same can be said for the desserts on offer. Ingredients are of high quality and the presentation is "just so". Prices are fair and they certainly don't skimp on the liqueurs in their alcoholic offerings.

This place gets crazy-busy in summer, so be prepared to wait a little while. It's well worth it.

Very disappointed experience. We just moved to this town. We looked at the reviews of this place and we chose to go there for dinner. The waitress was unfriendly and stressed. She made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. She brought us the food, only knifes ,no forks or napkins. We had to look for them. My calzone was so soggy-filled up of runny watery tomato sauce. Wine so expensive and very bad quality. When asked to bring us the bill, they asked us to wait in a very rude way. Never again. I wont come back...

This restaurant is an ok place to have dinner. The food itself is quite good but the service could be better. There’s only one server for all of the tables so it gets a bit chaotic at times. A small plate with three pieces of tomato and three pieces of mozzarella cheese is 9 euro which is a bit expensive. I would not go back, instead look for another place to have dinner.
