Lohner Landbäcker — Restaurant in Nordhorn

Overall everything was nice and comfortable.Just want to make a complaint about one worker, she was a young blonde lady. She has been very rude and racist to us. She has been talking to us continuously in German very rudely and making gestures with her hands showing that she does not want to serve us and that we hurry up... We also asked her for two coffees and she gave us 3. We told her that we only asked for 2 and she did not even accept the mistake and overcharged us. This worker should not be in front of the public, she is very rude and cannot serve foreign people.

I have read all your reviews and I really cannot understand how you can have such an idiot and rude person working. FIRE HER FROM WORK!

All the food is nicely laid out Under the open counter for the.....Wasps ! They are crawling by the dozens over the cheese grates. Hopefully they will go into the oven before you eat and without wasps.... No good coffee machine but nice tables in and outside. They tried to create some shade. In summer it's too hot inside or out of reach of an umbrella. You will be too busy fighting the wasps anyway to enjoy the food. Citronrolle was quite good though. Wasps were not so interested in...

I simply asked her where I could find the toilet and she was just sitting there looking at her phone and not even paying attention to the customer. Very rudely responded and we couldn’t find the toilet until we asked...
