Got there alone in a business trip. Decided to eat inside in order to have a more quite environment despite they have several tables also outside. Ordered an asparagus soup and as main course a trout. Both dishes appeared to be really well and freshly made. The soup was really creamy and tasty and the trout perfectly cooked. The fish is served with skin and bones which is an additional demonstration of it freshness. The bones are easy to separate as well as the skin is not complicate if you decide not to eat it. Sides were also served with fresh salad and steamed potatoes with two homemade sauces to chose. I was so relaxed that I decided to take also an affogato as desert and despite I asked a modification with a decaf espresso vs a normal one, they were immediately able to satisfy my desire. Wieder einmal wie gewohnt einen sehr schönen und Gaumenfreudigen Abend im Restaurant verbracht. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht und auch ein paar Weihnachtsfeiern im Nebenraum sowie im Gastraum wurden noch zusätzlich bewirtet. Trotz der vielen Gäste mussten wir nicht lange warten bis wir unsere Getränke sowie unser Essen bekommen haben.

Kochen können sie hier. Schmeckt wirklich sehr gut, wenn auch die Portionen nicht sehr üppig sind. Beim Valentin-Dinner gab es ein 4-Gänge-Menü, was sehr lecker war. Etwas unglücklich war, dass in der Stube mit den Valentine-Tischchen auch eine größere Gesellschaft mit untergebracht war. Leider war der Abend dadurch ziemlich lautstark und die anfangs schöne Kerzenschein-Atmosphäre dahin. Die meisten Paare haben sich dann schnell zurückgezogen...
