Crown Of India — Restaurant in Oberursel

Very bad exeprience with this restaurant. I have made an online order on 1st of january. I have been charged twice due to issues in their website. When we called, the restaurant, they have said that they do not deliver food on public holidays. We went to the restaurant physically. The chef has refused to review the orders and find an immediate solution. He has said that we will be reimbursed in few days. Even though we did not understand any thing, we have accepted and sit to have dinner. We have ordered "chaat papri" which is a typical indian street food with poptatoes cheakpeas and chutney. Unstead, we got a dish with bread, cheakpeas and sauce. We reported this to the waiter who said that the dish is basically with bread and not potatoes. Still not convinced, we have reported this to their chef by the end of the meal who said that they have nothing with bread in their kitchen and that we are wrong even though we were two people and we had both of us the same story. We have eaten here a couple of times and usually it is good. However, we ordered dinner from Crown of India last night, and since an hour after eating (and still continuing the following day), my daughter and I have been experiencing extremely upset stomach, discomfort, and need to stay close to the bathroom. These symptoms have been ailing us all night, preventing us from getting a good nights sleep and going to work and/or school today. We are both feeling very sick and tired still. We are quite disappointed and urge people to be careful if they decide...

I ordered directly through their website today at 17:30. Food had still not arrived by 18:45 (I live in Oberursel, 7 mins away by car). I called twice to see if the food is still arriving. I asked them to cancel the order. At 19h the delivery guy finally arrived. I told him I didn't want the food anymore. He was insisting I take the food. The guy didn't speak german nor english. I paid 21 EUR for the food. The food was cold and was not authentic. The sauce in the butter chicken was clearly from a jar. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this...
