PURE Restaurant — Restaurant in Offenbach am Main

Waiter made me uncomfortable. No one was out front to seat me. Waited 5 minutes. Then went in calling "Hello" before I could find someone. Waiter asked if I was from Pakistan randomly while seating me and when I said no just stared at me awkwardly for a bit. The restaurant was empty at 7 pm except for 1 man sitting nearby. The wait staff disappeared. No one refilled my water after I was out or checked if I needed anything else. Same waiter comes back and asks how I was going to pay in a really awkward and uncomfortable way instead of just bringing me the bill.

The man who was there got into an argument with wait staff about his food and left without paying in the middle of his meal.

I liked my food, but enjoyment is impacted by how the place is dead and interactions are uncomfortable...

The restaurant is part of the Sheraton hotel. Apart from the great breakfast we had here every morning, it has a nice terrace for having drinks and food if you like. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting outside every day. Prices are reasonably for a hotel. A special mention I have to make about the staff that served us. Just had dinner there, most probably worst Tagliatelle with king tiger prawn I ever had, and Ive had pretty much all over the world. Tagliatelle itself was not even well cooked, Al dente ? I dont think so. Seasoning, garlic with cherry tomato, cant tell which cooking process that they included cherry tomato. King tiger prawn size and freshness ? Expect a little more from Sheraton.
