Very hostile towards customers.. Apparently they do not accept Visa, mastercard, maestro, american express and mastercard debitcard.. I had 4-5 different cards to pay with but they only accept gira(?) and cash. I explained very calmly I would get cash and they could have my name and phone nr and hotel room nr. However they insisted they wanted my ID card or a photo of my ID card which I refused and calmly explained I just wanted to leave my details and get cash from the bank. The manager clearly wanted to impress the other staff and she called the police, that made her look ridiculous. I explained I wanted to pay and remained calm. When she felt I was not impressed she suddenly was ok with me leaving the personal info and getting cash and called off the police. Do not go here, very offensive approach to customers. I feel for the staff as you really cannot take this...

I looove to have breakfest here!! They have huge buffee with many things to choose from... Different type of breads, salamis, cheese, fresh cheeses, eggs on three ways, bacon, marmelade, cereals with yogurt , toppings, vegetables (salad bar) , muffing egs , then we have sweets like muffins, vanilla or chocolate mouse, sweets, mini pancakes and fruits🥰 in price you also get one orange juice... They use to have refills and i find it very sad that now they offer only one small bottle of orange juice. But i will still come back to this place cause its worth the money! Its like 13€ for this beautiful breakfest..we Always leave fully fed. And the view is also amazing , next to lake. Definitly...

Na ja typisches Extrablatt halt. Frühstücksbüffet war mal besser. Da gabs dann auch mal Salat und Salatsoße zum Gemüse. Ansonsten halt nix besonderes. Service sehr nett und das Ambiente ist super. Aber was ich heute dort heute am 02.06.23 dann beobachtet habe geht gar nicht. Da kann das Extrablatt nix für, aber vielleicht lesen das ja mal Leute, die davon betroffen waren. Es kam eine Horde Frauen dort an, die anscheinend oben reserviert hatten und einen 40igsten Geburtstag feiern wollten. Oben war aber geschlossen, es wurde dann ewig herumdiskutiert mit der Stellvertreterin und sie wollte den sprechen, der ihr das versprochen hat, dass sie oben sitzen könnten und es wäre ihr egal, dass der Urlaub hätte und sie wolle den Geschäftsführer sprechen. Also manche Menschen verstehens einfach nicht und machen anscheint nie Fehler. Das war schon echt fremdschämen. Aber viel besser war noch, dass die Horde Frauen dann an ihrem Tisch alles ausgebreitet haben, was man für so einen runden Geburtstag halt braucht. Luftballons wurden aufgebaut, eine riesengroße 40 aufgeblasen und aufgehängt. Konfetti verteilt. Ein Aufstand sondergleichen. Man sollte mal überlegen, dass es dort auch andere Gäste gibt und man nicht zuhause ist. Man kam ja noch nicht mal dort vorbei um ans Frühstücksbuffet zu kommen. Und der Knaller war, dass man sogar eine eigene Geburtstagstorte samt Servietten mitbrachte. Sorry, dass geht gar nicht. Man kann ja dort gemeinsam frühstücken, aber wenn man so einen Aufstand abhalten will, sollte man das vielleicht in den eigenen 4...
