Ich war heute in diesem chinesischen Lokal und kann nur sagen, dass es ein absolutes Desaster war. Der Kellner war extrem unfreundlich und frech, obwohl er eindeutig im Unrecht war. Als wir eine Frage zur Speisekarte stellten, wurde er sofort ungeduldig und versuchte, uns die Schuld zu geben, weil wir angeblich etwas falschverstanden hätten. Als ich auf den Fehler in der Speisekarte hinwies, anstatt höflich zu reagieren, wurde er nur noch arroganter und weigerte sich, das zu klären. Der Service war katastrophal, und ich werde dieses Lokal nie wieder besuchen. Einfach unprofessionell und respektlos! Nachtrag: Es ist März, warum liegt Weihnachtsgebäck am Buffet? Wir haben versucht mit einem MESSER dieses zu schneiden, welches unmöglich war (Video davon vorhanden). Der Schokobrunnen war zu dem extrem siffig, genauso wie die Eissorten (Video ebenfalls vorhanden). Das Buffet ist maximal 20€ inkl. Getränk wert. Läden wie Xiao Dortmund machen es richtig. Die machen es für fast gleiche Geld und ordentlich und sauber. 3/6 Stehklos waren defekt und unter Wasser gesetzt + 2/3 Kabinenklos ekelhaft verdreckt.

Sehr große Enttäuschung. Wir waren mehrmals dort, aber dieses Mal war unglaublich schlecht. Das Essen schmeckte nicht. Wenn Ente da, dann ist mehr Haut und Fett, als Fleisch.. Wenn etwas fritiert, dann tropft Öl, aber kein Geschmack dabei. Sushi auch nicht gut. Was ich beim Koch abgegeben habe, war warm, aber nicht fertig. Wir waren dort wegen Geburtstags meiner Freundin. Wir haben auch die Chefin da angesprochen. Sie war damit nicht einverstanden. Sie meinte, dass es alles bei ihnen in Ordnung ist,dass der Koch nicht für jeden passende Konsistenz vorbereiten kann. Aber Oktopus könnte sich schon bewegen am meinen Teller, so roh er war.. Ganz schlimm. Zum ersten Mal war ich nach Büfett hungrig, am Ende habe ich entschieden Obst zu essen. Zum Glück war noch in Ordnung. Nachtisch sah auch nicht appetitlich aus. Tut mir leid, es ist so schlimm geworden, dass wir nicht mehr kommen! 100% kein Verständnis von Personal. Wir sind nicht bereit pro Person 24.90 Euro plus Getränk für sowas, zu bezahlen

Wir waren an einem Samstag gegen 18 Uhr da. Es war sogar relativ leer, dennoch gab es immer genug Essen. Beim Sushi-Zug konnten wir leckere Shrimps in Panko-Panade und einige Sushi Sorten probieren - diese waren ganz okay (man soll aber kein krasses Fusion-Sushi erwarten). Das Buffet war bei unserem Besuch warm, frisch und lecker. Nur die Tintenfisch-Ringe, sowie die Pommes wurden zu lange frittiert und deswegen ziemlich trocken gewesen. Die Kuchenvariationen als Dessert waren uns ein wenig zu süß. Ansonsten war der Chef sehr freundlich zu uns, die leeren Teller wurden sehr schnell wieder abgeräumt und wir hatten immer Getränke auf dem Tisch. Insgesamt haben wir für 5 Erwachsene knappe 160€ mit jeweils 1-2 Getränken / Person bezahlt. Wir sind satt und zufrieden raus gegangen.

I went to this restaurant today for dinner with my friends. Initially we order weizenbier, it was not fresh taste. It tasted like yesterday's opened beer. I guess they haven't cleaned the beer in the tap. Some people won't clean the beer which is in the tap from cylinder to the end of the tap. They must throw few glasses of beer into sink, so that the fresh beer from cylinder will be in the tap instead of yesterday's beer. Never order beer here. When we said it as feedback, they didn't even considered it. The manager was just saying some irrelevant answers. During payment, all our cards were not working in their payment system. This restaurant is great for those who appreciate the buffet option and like to sample different types of food. Fresh salads, sushi and a wide selection of cooked Chinese style food are on offer. You can also choose to select your own raw meats and vegetables and get them cooked and brought to your table which is great. When your all done with main dishes you may wish to pick up an ice cream or other sweets that are on offer. The staff are always extremely friendly but are busy so paying on occasion can take some time. The restaurant can accommodate quite a lot of people so you never feel cramped. I wouldn’t recommend, me and my husband went for what we thought would be a lovely meal, turned out to be a nightmare. We went up for our first plate and sat down as we was eating all we could taste is salt and it was burning my lips! When we went to complain, they said we have to pay full amount even tho we did even finish our plate. So it was a waste of money. For not even a plate of food. We offered to pay for 1 buffet but they said we couldn’t leave without paying full. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like salty food. Absolutely shocking. Then all I got was your the first to complain, I replied saying we’re all different and have different taste buds. No help...
